Assessments and Outcome Measures

TX gives you the ability to move your paper based assessments or outcome measures online. You simply assign one to your patient or client, they fill it out from their TX homepage, and it’s scored automatically. The scores are plotted on graphs and becomes part of your patient’s or client’s record and can be easily viewed by both of you.
